Step 2: Buy Now
Auction deposit, usually 10% of the CNF, is required as an advance payment to reserve a unit. Following a successful bid, the buyer is required to make additional payment to facilitate with inspection & shipping.
Step 3: Shipment
After payment has been made, cars are taken for pre-export inspection at QISJ then loaded in the next available vessel to Mombasa. Shipmemt from Japan to Kenya normally takes about 6 weeks & the shipment can be tracked at any time upon a request using a tracking tool.
Step 4: Customs Clearance
3 days before the ship docks at the Mombasa port, the client is notified & the following documents are availed for duty payment & clearance : -Bill of Lading -Certificate of Origin -Japan inspection certificate, Our dedicated team in Mombasa then handles all the customs clearing, duty payments, release from the CFS & transportation to NBO.
Step 5: Receive your Vehicle
Once the car arrives in Nairobi, a thorough check is carried out, a detailed wash & buff is done as well to ensure condition & state is top tier. And your car is ready for pick up.
