Financing Requirements

1. Copy of ID & PIN

2. Latest payslips for 3 months

3. Letter of employment

4. Original/certified bank statements for the last 6 months

5. Copy of logbook for the vehicle being financed (should be no more than 7 years old)

6. Valuation report from (AA or Regent Automobile Valuers) will be required on approval.

7. Pro-forma invoice from dealer

Sole Trader/Partnership

1. Copy of ID’s & PIN

2. Copy of Certificate of Registration

3. Copy of Permit/Trade licence and contracts

4. Latest payslips for 3 months [Salaried]

5. Letter of employment[Salaried]

6. Original/certified bank statements for the last 6 months

7. Copy of logbook for the vehicle being financed (upto 7 years old for personal and upto 5 years for commercial)

8. Valuation report from (AA or Regent Automobile Valuers) will be required on approval.

9. Pro-forma invoice from dealer.

Limited Company

1. Copy of ID’s & PIN for directors

2. Copy of Articles/Memos of Association/Certificate of Incorporation

3. Copy of Permit/Trade licence and contracts

4. Board Resolution to borrow

5. Latest Annual Returns and filing receipt plus CR 12

6. No audited accounts required for facility amounts up to Ksh. 15m.

7. Original/certified bank statements for the last 6 months

8. Copy of logbook for the vehicle being financed (upto 7 years old for personal and upto 5 years for commercial)

9. Valuation report from (AA or Regent Automobile Valuers) will be required on approval.

10. Pro-forma invoice from the dealer.
